CUTPILOT · VERSION 2 · 26 AUGUST 2026

Terms of Service

Mentions légalesConditions généralesConfidentialitéCookies

These Terms govern access to and use of CutPilot, including its video editing, automation, scheduling and publishing features. This is a first version and may be updated as the service evolves.

1. The service

CutPilot provides tools for importing video content, creating or assisting with edits, organizing content, and, where enabled, connecting third-party social platforms for scheduling or publishing. Features may change, be added, suspended or removed as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for information provided when creating an account, for maintaining the security of your account, and for activity performed through it. You must use CutPilot lawfully and may not attempt to disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorized access to the service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, edit and publish that content. You grant CutPilot the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform and transmit your content solely to provide the features you request.

4. AI and automated processing

CutPilot may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze footage, propose edits, select content or assist with publishing workflows. Automated outputs can contain errors. You remain responsible for the content you choose to use or publish and for ensuring that it complies with applicable law and platform rules.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party service such as TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, that service's own terms and policies also apply. CutPilot only receives permissions you authorize through the relevant connection flow. Availability of integrations depends on third-party APIs, permissions and platform policies and is not guaranteed.

6. Scheduling and publishing

If automated or scheduled publishing is enabled, CutPilot may execute publishing actions according to settings and permissions you configure. You can pause or disconnect supported integrations. Third-party processing, outages, reviews or API restrictions may delay or prevent a publication.

7. Subscriptions and credits

CutPilot is not sold today. There is no price, no plan, no payment method and no billing code in the service. Nothing here should be read as an offer.

If and when paid plans are introduced, the following will exist before the first charge, not after — they are listed so that their absence is visible while they are absent:

  • terms of sale showing price, what is included, billing frequency, renewal and refund rules;
  • an acceptance step that is not pre-ticked, recording which version you accepted and when;
  • a cancellation you can complete online, in as few steps as it took to subscribe, with written confirmation;
  • a plain statement of how the right of withdrawal applies to a digital service that starts immediately;
  • a named consumer mediator, where the sale is to a consumer.

Until then, usage limits exist for one reason only: the parts of the service that call an external model cost money per request, and an unlimited allowance would be an invitation to spend someone else's. Those limits are technical, not commercial.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use CutPilot to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, bypass platform safeguards, send spam, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable third-party platform rules.

9. Availability and liability

CutPilot is provided on an evolving basis. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every automated output or third-party publication will succeed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by CutPilot and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a serious violation of these Terms.

You can leave at any time, and leaving is implemented rather than promised: POST /api/account/delete, confirmed by retyping your own email address, removes your stored media and then the account itself, and every record attached to it goes with it. GET /api/account/export gives you a copy of everything first. Both are described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

What we cannot undo: anything already published to a third-party platform stays there under that platform's own terms.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated as CutPilot develops. Material changes will be communicated or presented through the service when appropriate. The effective date shown above identifies this version.

12. Operator

CutPilot is operated by musketeers, Société par actions simplifiée au capital de 10 €, registered under RCS Paris 109 116 061, with registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris.

13. Contact

No contact address is published yet. CutPilot is not commercially available, and a monitored address for support and privacy requests will appear here — and be required — before it is.
